Your failure to implement adequate internal security measures to safeguard Your login id, password code or any other data or information provided by GretBuy™ (or any portion thereof) and its confidentiality.

1.      GretBuy will not be liable to refund you for receiver of wrong colour or size because if a particular colour or size of something is not in stock, sometimes supplier will send you a colour /size that's available

2.      In case of any damaged items, GretBuy will resolve the issue with the supplier on your behalf within 30 days and will give you feedback based on the supplier conclusion to either refund or send you a new product

3.      GretBuy will not refund after notification that the item has left the supplier.

4.      Any extra tax charged on the items by customs will be billed to the client.

We reserve the right to request
