Refunds

Refund of item purchased when out of stock will be done within 14 days, you will need to apply for refund via email and confirmation message will be sent you on the status of your request. It takes 2 weeks for refund processing, with the supplier deducting15% of the money paid.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
